Note: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or pandemics, fees are non-refundable.

Other Services

  • 100% non-refundable if the hard copy of the agreement is not signed and returned.
  • 100% non-refundable if you decide to withdraw after making a purchase.
  • 100% non-refundable if you choose not to continue with our services.
  • 100% non-refundable for the following reasons:
  • Failure of the medical examination by you or any family members included in the permit request.
  • Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate dated within the last 3 months.
  • Inability to demonstrate sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance.
  • Submission of fraudulent documents.
  • Prior violation of immigration laws by you or any family members included in the permit request.
  • Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate.

Refer to your service agreement for specific refund terms related to the product.

Frontierease Immigration reserves the right to deny refunds per our policies. If refunds are issued, they will be processed within 30 days after you complete the refund request form and provide any necessary proof of rejection. By agreeing to our terms, you waive the right to dispute any charges. Refunds will be issued as a company check made payable to the individual on the order form and mailed to the provided address. You agree not to contact your credit card company or bank to dispute charges, as this will delay the refund process.

Our Products and Services

Technical Evaluations: Our evaluation service assesses your profile for a selected country and provides a points report within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information. The evaluation fee is non-refundable.

Full Service: We provide guidance and advice for immigration, with processing handled from our back office in India. The fee for full service is refundable only under the conditions stated above.

Requisition Forms: We offer various requisition and inquiry forms for download, available for a fee on a subscription basis.

Copyright Information: No copyright is claimed on the forms, which are published by various overseas government agencies.
