The limits and circumstances under which refunds and cancellations for our services are permitted are described in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. 1. Scope of Services

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellation of Services

If you decide to cancel our services before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the fees paid, less any administrative charges or costs incurred.

Incomplete Services

If Frontierease Immigration fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your Service Agreement, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be assessed based on the extent of non-performance and any work completed.

Error on Our Part

If there was a clerical or procedural error made by Frontierease Immigration that negatively impacted your case, we will review the situation and may offer a refund or other compensation as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Government Fees: Any fees paid to government agencies or third parties (e.g., application fees, processing fees) are non-refundable.
  • Service Fees for Completed Work: Fees related to services that have already been completed or are in progress are non-refundable.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations or advisory sessions are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.

Refund Request Process

  • Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at info@frontiereaseimmigration.com with your refund request. Include your full name, contact information, and details about the services for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Provide Documentation: Attach any relevant documents, including receipts, service agreements, and evidence supporting your claim for a refund.
  • Review and Response: Our team will review your request and documentation. We will respond to your request within 5 business days. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
  • Decision: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with our internal procedures.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date the refund is approved. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
