We collect and use personal information strictly for lawful business purposes including assessing eligibility, processing immigration/work permit requests, providing consultation and job assistance services, communication, compliance, and service improvement. Client data is not sold or misused and is shared only where legally required or necessary for service delivery.

2. Nature of Services
Frontierease Immigration Services LLP is a private immigration consultancy and job assistance firm. We are not affiliated with any embassy or government authority. Final decisions rest solely with respective authorities or employers.

3. No Guarantee Clause
Frontierease does not guarantee visa approval, job placement, salary, location, or timelines. Services are limited to professional guidance and assistance.

4. Refund Policy – General
Service fees are non-refundable once services commence. Refunds do not apply to government fees, third-party fees, taxes, or job assistance charges. Taxes are non-refundable.

5. Eligibility-Based or Policy Changes
No refund is issued due to policy changes, employer withdrawal, or eligibility changes. Alternative options may be explored.

6. Job Assistance Program
Job assistance does not guarantee employment. All related fees are non-refundable.

7. Rejection or Refusal by Authorities
No refund applies in cases of rejection due to documentation, interview, compliance, medical, police, financial, or legal issues.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate documents, maintain communication, and bear all third-party costs. Non-compliance voids refund eligibility.

9. Abandonment of Case
Cases inactive for 30 days or voluntarily discontinued are non-refundable.

10. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks are prohibited and may lead to legal action.

11. Service Termination by Company
Services may be terminated without refund for misconduct or false information.

12. Processing Delays
Delays caused by authorities or employers do not qualify for refunds.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in New Delhi.

14. Force Majeure
Frontierease is not liable for delays due to events beyond control.

15. Acceptance of Policy
Payment or enrollment confirms acceptance of this policy.
